Guan Fei
Qualifications and Professional Status
Guan Fei's training includes study and degrees from Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi Dayu University, and certification in CET, ESL and interpretation. Additional studies included ESL training at the Shanghai New Oriental Training School, and Castle College in Nottingham, England.
Work and Professional Experience
Her interpretation skills opened her to a wide diversity of work experience. She was in charge of administrative support for the College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangxi Dayu University, including fulfilment of governmental requirements for teacher's residency and contracts. She has provided intensive interpretation and translation services for English speakers in their interactions with Chinese individuals and businesses. Well versed in basic traditional Chinese medicine skills and Chinese culture, she has been successful at interpreting in many unique ventures ranging from dating services to cosmetics techniques to international trade of fireworks.

Guanfei, from the city of Puyang in Henan Province, has over seven years' experience utilizing her bilingual skills for teaching college English and for providing translation and interpretation services. She has worked with people in a variety of areas, including government, business and education.
Her background and personality make her and invaluable resource for the company and customers alike.
Patrick
Qualifications and Professional Status
Patrick graduated from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, with Batchelor degrees in Mathematics and in Engineering (First Class Honours). After some years working in Engineering, Patrick attained Chartered status at Engineer's Ireland and also at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET, UK). He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE, USA). Some years later, after specific contributions, Patrick was awarded Fellow status at Engineer's Ireland and sits on various professional interview panels.
Work and Professional Experience
Patrick has spent over 20 years working in Engineering in Ireland. Projects executed have varied from routine project management at all stages (planning, design, approval and construction), strategic planning with 10 -20 year horizons, procurement, quality assurance assessment, auditing and training. Patrick has subsequently worked on projects outside Ireland, mainly in the Middle East (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman) but also in Vietnam and China.
Evolution of China Enterprise Solutions
It was while spending time in China that Patrick experienced the best form of 'Guānxì' (Relationship) while working with Chinese companies. He also became familiar with Chinese culture and business practices. But he recognised a need for an easier way for Western and Chinese companies to do business together. This became the driving force behind setting up China Enterprise Solutions to provide an easy way for companies to overcome cultural and language problems. Patrick has great experience of business on both sides of the divide between China and the West and ensures China Enterprise Solutions is well placed to bridge that divide.
James
Qualifications and Professional Status
James graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland, with Bachelor of Engineering degree. Post-graduate Diploma in Management for Engineers, from Trinity College Dublin. Acquired over 32 years experience working with Electricity Supply Board, Ireland, as professional engineer and middle manager. Took change of all national negotiations of terms and conditions of employment of middle managers and professionals from 1996 to 2010.
Elected as Pensions Trustee in 2011 to manage a Defined Benefit pension scheme with assets in excess of €3 billion.
Work and Professional Experience
Over a 32-year career, James has enjoyed a varied career spanning Planning, Work Management, Technical performance and Multi-disciplinary Auditing (€1m - €1bn). James has subsequently worked on projects in Bahrain and Lebanon. Introduced a new national work quality management system, winning a national prize for introduction of the first B2B web service for electrical wiring. Introduced a new certification process in the electrical contracting industry in Ireland. Managed the national annual work and resource planning process for customer services and networks activities.
James has acquired broad experience in Quality Assurance, Safety and Environment, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Subsequently James took on a Senior Auditor role reviewing projects on Energy trading (€1bn), New Generation Capital (€800m), Operating generation plants (€1.6bn), Wind Generation Development (€40m), IT projects benefits realisation (€35-40m), Non-national Engineering Projects (€11m) as well as Corporate Governance including that of major IT projects.
